I first met Bijou Basin at Black Sheep Gathering in Eugene, OR this past summer. The owners were so informative and helpful.
I usually buy fiber, but was immediately tantalized by their booth and products. I bought yarn for a sweater and a poncho.. I loved the feel and workability of this yarn so I just sent an order for more. I have been knitting quite a few years, and this is one of the nicest yearns I've ever worked with. You won't be disappointed !

I bought this yarn to complete the Bronte Lace Shawl in Love of Knitting magazine (it was the exact yarn used in the pattern). Ordering was easy, the yarn arrived quickly, and I am in love with how soft and light this yarn feels!! Glad I bought extra skeins; I plan on making soft socks for myself and for friends with the leftovers!

I bought this for a friend, and she loved the color and texture. She said she wished she had enough skeins to make into a bed so she could sleep on them.
